I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the quality work your employee Jeff Prior did while we were on vacation. My daugter, Erica, was quite pleased with the performance of her 1986 LeBaron with 112,000 miles on it. She said it's tighter than it's ever been since she bought it! You know how a teenager will be treated by service technicians - so many seem to be out just to make a buck at the expense of customer satisfaction. This certainly was not the case with Multistate Transmissions. Erica said her dealings with Jeff were "great". She said he was very polite and helpful. We were all pleasantly surprised when she was asked to bring the car back in 2 weeks or so in order for the transmission to be checked along with the fluid level. What service!! As someone who works for a company focused on customer delight, I can tell you this - We are DELIGHTED with Multistate Transmissions and Jeff Prior!!! Thanks again for the efficient service. I will certainly consider my business in from Warren to be assured of a fair deal and pleasent dealings, not to mention recommening you to my friends here.
