My husband and I were driving on I-75 from Detroit to our favorite Michigan weekend camping destination, Higgins Lake / Roscommon KOA Campground, when our rv motorhome began to making a strange noise. We can't thank you enough for all the hard work you put into my 1997 Town & Country Van. We bought the Van because I take care of my 3 grandchildren during the day. It started out as a small problem but quickly escalated into a major problem. We had taken the van to the Chrysler Dealer and they were unable to to diagnose and fix the problem. Great Job, Great Service! Job was done right and quick...
I had my wife's van towed down to J.B. DLCO transmissions based upon past recommendations from others who've had work done there. It was the Friday before Christmas and we were worried that we were going to be without our family vehicle for traveling during the Christmas holiday. I spoke with Jeff (one of the owners, It's a family owned business) and he assured me that they would have it looked at right away and get it fixed quickly. They took a look at it and dropped the transmission and found out that it needed to be rebuilt(some of the gears had basically disintegrated inside, metal everywhere). He said don't worry we'll have a guy get right on it and he started to do the rebuild.
Well I got a call the next day and they told me I could come and pick it up, I asked what the total cost was it it came in less than what I was quoted! It's now 1 month later and everything works great and I'm happy as heck! I also love the fact that their warranty is good across the country.
I would highly recommend J.B. DLCO to anyone needing transmission work done, they have all the bases covered, courtesy, knowledge(they've been there since the 1960's), speed, price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
