Jeff was born and raised in Saint Clair, Michigan. General Manager of J.B. DLCO Transmission had an idea. An idea that is not very common in the automotive repair industry: Quality work at a fair price. So in November of 1967, My parents, John and his wife Beatrice began as a locally owned and operated business providing top quality transmission repair. In the transmission industry for more than 45 years, Jeff began as a swamper (sweeping floors and cleaning up) in the 1970's. With a playpen in the office and his knowledge of the transmission business, Jeff and Donna started what has become one of the largest and most reputable transmission businesses in Warren Michigan.

Rob went to an Automotive Trade School where he learned to build all automatic transmissions. Rob got his first job working on transmissions in 1988. After a year Rob moved to Oakland, CA where he had worked for a couple different shops. After 5 years he moved back to Michigan and went to work for Master Tech transmission as a transmission builder. During this time he married his beautiful wife. After 7 years at Master Tech he moved onto Cottman Transmission as a transmission builder. When the economy took a turn for the worse Rob stumbled upon J.B. DLCO & Multistate Transmission where he is now the head builder. Rob says ?out of all the jobs I have had, working for J.B. DLCO & Multistate Transmissions has been the best by far and, if you really want to know what working for JB DLCO & Multistate Transmission is like, Transmission heaven.? In his free time Rob and his wife do prison ministry, he likes writing and singing gospel music, his passion is the keyboard/piano, spending time with his wife and family, and every Saturday Rob and his wife have date night.
