Jeff, I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much I appreciate your promt service & honesty. Honest repair shops are becoming scarce now adays and I am truly thankfull that I was guided to your shop. As I told you when I was there , I was Mac Tool Distributor for six years here in Detroit area and I got a first hand look at how some shops operate, and I can tell you it is pretty scary. To think the unsuspecting public is at there mercy. I often saw people in some of those shops that were in the same spot I was in when I came to you guys. It's a pretty bad feeling being broke down many miles from home and you don't know any of the shops in the area. Thankfully, I was reffered to your shop where I feel like I was treated far better than the shop I used here at home. For That, I salute you and your crew for a job well done.
